Warranty & Returns
All items we sell include our own in house warranty of at minimum 30 days but in many cases much longer. Warranty covers all parts and labour.
Warranty does not cover damage or misuse by the customer.
Batteries are not included in warranty. (A failed battery will need to be reported within 14 days from the date of receiving the item, see DOA policy below.)
Please do not return an item without contacting OCM first.
If you have a problem please call us as soon as possible with your serial number. Some problems we can resolve remotely over the phone or by email just contact us on 01386 555008 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
During the first 14 days you are covered by our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy. As part of this policy OCM will arrange for collection of the item from you for repair/replacement. After this period the cost of return falls to the buyer.
When returning an item if possible, use the original packaging when sending back the product to us. If your parcel was damaged please use new packaging to send the product back to us. For items which contain batteries, including lithium batteries, make sure the package is strong and rigid. Secure the equipment against movement within the outer packaging and against accidental activation. Put filling materials, such as bubblewrap or some newspaper, around the product to fill any empty spaces in the box. Failure to securely package an item for return will invalidate warranty if the unit is damaged in transit.
Customer misuse, abuse, physical damage (including liquid spills), acts of nature and general maintenance are NOT covered.
OCM are not responsible for any data that is lost due to failure of the product and strongly recommend regular data backups.
It is your responsibility to backup all existing data, software, and programs, and to erase all existing data before receiving services. OCM is not responsible for loss, recovery, or compromise of data, programs or loss of use of equipment arising out of the services provided by OCM. You represent that your product does not contain illegal files or data.

In the event we are not able to repair any fault we will replace your machine with the same or higher specification.

You may cancel a purchase within 14 working days beginning on the day you receive your order. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the item.
To cancel an order you must inform us in writing or via e-mail. You must return the item purchased to us within 10 working days of notification, in the condition you received them and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the item whilst in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
We will process the refund as soon as possible, in any case within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation as long as the item(s) have been returned to OCM.
