- Orders placed before 1pm will be processed same working day and dispatched for delivery within 2-4 days.
- Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.
We ask you to provide an email address and mobile phone number so that tracking information can be sent to you.
Almost all deliveries occur between 8am and 5:30pm (Monday to Friday). We are unable to specify a delivery time. Deliveries on a Saturday will be chargeable.
If you are not at home the courier will attempt two deliveries on consecutive days. We are unable to authorise additional delivery attempts.
