Price match guarantee terms and conditions

OCM will match the prices of products in our stock before you buy or up to 7 days after.

The product must be identical to the item the customer wants to buy, including the make, model, condition, colour specification and model number must be offered on identical terms . OCM must be able to check the price, stock position and, where relevant, your eligibility to purchase from the competitor.

OCM will match against any other UK retailer store or website and it must not include discounts or bonuses. This does not include any exclusive prices/codes (e.g. staff, student, NHS staff blue light) or trade prices, prices only available as part of paid for membership/subscription, any loyalty scheme or reward scheme, 3rd party marketplace seller prices or obvious pricing errors.

Both OCM’s and the competitor’s item must be available in stock, and it must not be a sample or defective item. The item must be ready for delivery.

The competitor's payment terms must be comparable to the store's payment terms.

Where a product is not available online for OCM to verify price and availability, you will need to provide the competitor contact details, a photo showing the model/model number, that there is stock available, the date/time and the price.

OCM will limit the number of items that can be price matched per customer or transaction to two items.

OCM reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity. OCM may change or end the price match policy at any time.
